Waste offences cost Leicester skip company over 1000GBP

On 17 August 2010, at Leicester Magistrates Court, Kathleen Miles, the operator of Diamond Skip Hire, Faircharm Industrial Estate, Leicester pleaded guilty to one charge of not having the appropriate waste transfer notes.
