Temporary Waste Site Management (CoTC Cover)
We provide temporary site management and CoTC cover to comply with the Environmental Permitting Regulations EPR (2007) for High, Medium and Low Risk facilities.
Background
Under the Environmental Permitting Regulations EPR (2007), permitted waste facilities must show they employ technically competent personnel. Each site’s OPRA score (Operational Risk Appraisal) indicates how much time a technically competent person must be on site. This is worked out as a percentage of the site’s operating hours.
