Curfew order for illegal storing and burning of waste

On 31 October 2011, Harry Smith of Holme Wood Lane, Doncaster pleaded guilty at Doncaster Magistrates’ Court to operating a regulated facility at Seven Yards Farm in Doncaster without a permit, between July 2010 and February 2011.
