Company fined for operating a waste facility without a permit

On 21 September 2011, at Scunthorpe Magistrates Court, Dock Management Services and Matthew Jackson of Scunthorpe pleaded guilty to operating a regulated facility on land without a permit and failing to ensure waste transfer documents were complete.
