Brighton fly-tipper comes a cropper thanks to police chopper

The Environment Agency, in partnership with Brighton and Hove Council, has today prosecuted a fly-tipper who was spotted by a police helicopter crew whilst he dumped waste out the back of his vehicle in Brighton.
